As a client, we work on email, phone calls, messages, voice notes, video calls, whatever method works best for you.

We charge an hourly rate of £40 that covers all work. For regular clients, where required, we agree a minimum number of hours as a monthly retainer and track time worked.

In short no. We work on a rolling monthly basis as we like to be flexible for our clients. We understand the fluctuating nature of business and life.

That said, there’s a lot to be gained from consistency and rather than stopping the working relationship, clients might increase or decrease their hours if needs or budgets change.

Equally we appreciate that our services may only be required for a specific period or stage in your journey and support you through these processes.

We can discuss approximate hours required and pricing, then produce a proposal based on our conversation.

If you are happy with the proposal, we will send a booking form and data processing form along with our terms & conditions to sign.
