    Short-Term EA & PA Cover

    Often the backbone of a business, the loss of an EA, PA or Office Manager can leave a significant gap for a team.

    We can provide flexible, part-time interim support to caretake the role and bridge that gap for you.

    Short-term cover can be provided to maintain a role for any of the following reasons:

    - Recruitment

    - Maternity or paternity leave

    - Long-term holiday or sick leave

    Where possible, a smooth handover would be facilitated with your current employee, and a handover to your returning employee or new hire would be provided.

    This gives you the breathing space to recruit thoughtfully and find the right candidate, rather than rushing a decision under pressure, or simply to maintain a ‘business as usual’ workflow.

    The Set Up Session - £250

    This is the most effective way to get immediate value from working together long term.

    This 3 hour kick off session is designed to lay the strong foundation for our work together. We take the time to understand how you work, what matters most and where immediate support will make the biggest difference for you, so you can get return on investment straight away.

    During the session, we will map out your world in projects, software, priorities and establish a structured starting point from a clear To Do list to move forward from.

    Ideally held on-site at your home or office, this session ensures that ongoing support is efficient, proactive and tailored to you, setting us up for a smooth transition into regular hours.

    Retained Hours - from £200 per month

    Retained support provides ongoing, reliable assistance through a monthly block of hours dedicated to your business or personal admin, or a blend of both.

    This option is ideal if you value continuity, responsiveness and having someone who understands your world and can proactively support you week to week.

    Retained packages typically range from 5 hours per month through to 20+ hours, depending on your needs and level of support required, and can be adapted as your needs change.

    Adhoc Hours - from £40

    Adhoc hours are perfect for the execution of those smaller, but important tasks that keep getting pushed down your To Do list.

    Adhoc hours allow you to delegate specific administrative tasks quickly and efficiently. Simply book the time, provide the information or list and we'll get on with it, freeing you to focus elsewhere.

    This support is execution focused rather than strategic, making it ideal for one off tasks or occasional additional capacity.

    Support can be provided remotely, or in your home or office (travel charges may apply).

    The Accountability Audit - £80

    Perfect if you need to get something specific over the line.

    This is a focused 2 hour working session - whether you need a second pair of eyes, help untangling moving parts or simply someone to sit down with to get it done.

    Often two hours of dedicated focus is all it takes to move something forward, or off your to do list, that's been lingering far too long!

    The Admin MOT - £160

    A one-off four-hour session designed to help you step back, assess what’s going on, and regain a sense of clarity with your admin.

    This is a planning-focused session where we review what’s on your plate, identify priorities, and bring practical forward order to the chaos to create a clear, realistic to-do list you can take action on.

    The result isn’t perfection or execution, it’s clarity. Knowing what needs doing, in what order, and where your time is best spent.

    Event Support - £POA

    Planning an event takes time, coordination and attention to detail, and it’s often the first thing to get pushed aside (or really last minute) when individuals are stretched.

    If you’re organising an event but don’t have the bandwidth internally, The Cotswold Assistant can step in to manage the logistics and keep everything moving.

    We support a wide variety of projects and events including annual company events, private parties, industry exhibitions and trade shows.

    Support can be provided end-to-end or for specific elements of a project. Pricing is project based and quoted individually depending on scope and resources required.
